Michelle VanderJagt (she/her) LMFT #119382 & Clinical Supervisor
Specialty areas: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Couples Counseling, Trauma Recovery, Codependency, Alcohol and Substance Use, Forgiveness, Loss or Grief, Parenting, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Micro-dosing support
As an experienced therapist, I walk alongside you as we explore your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life. I work with a variety of clients and have extensive experience with the most common issues that come up in therapy.

I use a variety of approaches to address my clients unique needs. My style is informed by existential/humanistic, family systems, attachment theory, parts work and psychodynamic theories.
I have recently begun adding Ketamine assisted therapy to my work and am finding it helpful in getting deeper, gaining more clarity and making this progress in a shorter time frame.

It is my mission to help my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships. This work requires deep exploration, identifying limiting beliefs and the ways you've been programmed to perceive yourself, others and life as a whole.

"Lasting change requires that we sit in the discomfort of being 'triggered' and make a different choice."
